Q. Are you open for dine in?

A. Yes. We reopened for dine in on June 26th, 2021.

Q. Do you have a patio?

A. Yes. We just installed a beautiful new patio deck with 6 tables available for our guests.

Q. What is your capacity?

Indoor dining: 75% = 66 guests

Outdoor dining: 75% = 18 guests

Come on down we have lots of room!!!

Q. Do you take reservations?

A. Yes. We are taking reservations for patio and indoor dining.

Please note we save 1/3 of our patio and 1/2 our restaurant and lounge seats for non reserved guests.

Feel free to pop in without a reservation.

Q. Is there a time limit on dining?

A. Yes. We offer 2 hour dining blocks.

Q. What is the maximum group size you accept?

A. 6 guests is the largest group we currently accomodate.

Q. Do we have to be fully vaccinated to dine at Rae's?

A. Yes. The current public health requires you are fully vaccinated for inside and patio dining. Please have your documentation and ID ready upon arrival.

Q. Can we pop in for alcohol beverages only?

A. Yes. The July 17th public health orders now allow alcohol beverages with out consumption of food. You will be seated in our lounge.

Q. Is there a curfew on dine in service?

A. No. The current heath order removed any curfew on restaurant guests. 

Q. Does Happy Hour apply to take out?

A. No. Happy Hour is available to our dine in guests only.

 

Q. Do you still offer Rae's delivery service?

A. No. We saw an extreme drop off in demand. At this time delivery is no longer a viable program. We have successfully kept our whole delivery team gainfully employed. Hopefully in the future demand will return.

Q. Do you offer take out "reservations"?

A. Yes and No. We do offer same day time slot preorders for take out. We do not offer preorders any more in advance than same day.

Q. What is a same day time slot preorder?

A. It allows you to call earlier in the day and preorder delivery or take out for a specific time that evening. We do have limited time slot preorders available. They are offered on a first come first served basis.

Q. Can I order Rae's through Skip The Dishes?

A. No. You can only order Rae's direct over the phone. We have a team of highly skilled operators ready to get you set up with a take out order.

Q. Can I order alcohol for take out?

A. Yes. We offer wine, craft beer and sangria for take out. Your order must have a food component and government ID is required to accept takeout of the alcohol.

Q. Do you sell whole cakes?

A. No. Due to limited oven space and working hours we cannot offer whole cakes at this time. It is our number one request from guests. If anything changes we will be sure to announce it on Instagram, Facebook and our website.

Q. Do you offer contactless curbside pickup?

A. Yes. One of our friendly take out operators will happily set you up for curbside service.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. Cash, Debit, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and Discover. Please note we are not offering change on cash payments, please bring appropriate change.

Q. Are you accepting gift cards?

A. Yes. We accept and sell our credit card style gift cards. They have no expiry date. You can even have one mailed out as a gift.

Q. Do you accommodate allergies?

A. Yes. We create all our sauces, dressings and dishes from scratch. We are confident we can safely serve our guests with allergies.

Q. What are your busiest times?

A. We expect 6:00PM - 8:00PM to be our busiest times. If you want to avoid other diners we recommend you come before or after rush.
